    1、 根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》之规定，本公司出版的图录中凡有“*”标记之拍品，恕不办理出境手续。

    2、 广东保利拍卖有限公司举办的拍卖活动均依据本公司出版的图录中所附之拍卖规则进行，参加拍卖活动的各方必须仔细阅读并予以遵守。

    3、 ①竞买人领取竞投号牌需凭本人身份证（或护照）登记，并预交保证金人民币伍万元（RMB50，000、以实际到账为准)。
    ②竞买人委托我司竞投，需向我司交纳委托竞投拍品的委托价的30%（以实际到账为准）作为保证金，才予以办理。

    4、 竞买人必须保管好自己的竞投号牌，谨防丢失。竞买人不得将自己的竞投号牌出借他人使用。否则，竞买人需对他人使用其竞投号牌竞投相应拍品的行为承担全部法律责任。

    5、 买受人应在拍卖日起七日内支付全部购买价款，逾期未支付者，本公司将不退还保证金，并保留进一步追究买受人违约责任的权利。

    6、 买受人以支票、汇款等非现金方式付款的，须待银行确认到款后方可提货。

    7、 买家成功竞得拍品后，应付本公司成交价的10%的佣金及其他应计费用。

    IMPORTANT NOTICE

    1、 Guangdong Poly Auctions Co.,Ltd. Will organize all auctions to the Conditions of Business enclosed in this Catalogue,which shall be carefully read and observed by all parties to such autions.

    2、 ①Bidders are requested of a deposit of RMB50,000 and present their own ID card or passport for a paddle registration.
    ②If bidders request our company to bid ，bidders should pay our company 30% of the request price as a deposit.

    3、 Bidders should take care of their paddles in case of any loss.Bidders are not allowed to transfer their paddles to any third parties,otherwise bidders should be liable for all the circumstances occurs.

    4、 Buyers should pay 100% amount of the purchase price in seven days if the bid is successful,otherwise the deposit will not be returned and the legal effect accrued there upon shall be born by the buyers.

    5、 For buyers paid by terms of check,remittent or other non-cash payment,the lots will be delivered after we receive the credit notice from our bank.

    6、 In the event of a successful bid,the buyer’s premium payable by the buyer of each lot is 10% of the hammer price along with any additional fees(if applicable).
