I understand that if my bid is successful, the “purchase price” payable will be the sum of the “final bid” and a “premium” at the following rate: 10 percent of the “final bid price” of each Lot. 2. I also understand that Guangdong Poly provides the service of executing bids on behalf of clients for convenience of clients and that Guangdong Poly will not be held ressponsible for any negligence or fault in the bids, or failing to execute bids. 3.
